Q: Do you deliver outside Lagos?
A: Yes, we deliver nationwide across Nigeria and can also arrange international shipping on request.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Lagos orders are usually delivered within 1–2 working days. Other Nigerian cities take 3–5 working days, depending on the courier.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Yes. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Please note that personalized/custom items are non-returnable.
